Heavy door

The passenger front door on my 07 expy is heavier and harder to open compared to the rest. I already checked for water in the door, like I read on a few posts, and I've replaced the door hinges to see if that would do it. I'm starting to think this isn't thw original door, anyone have ideas as to why this door is like this?

I think my 2011 has the same issue. When I pull the inside door handle for the passenger door, the door stays flush in place. When I pull the handle on the driver’s side the door opens about an inch just from pulling the door handle.
Is that what is happening with yours?
