Problem with what you are looking for is that the off road companies have mostly stopped making parts compatible with your vehicle (if they even made them in the first place). Maybe check with local metal shops to see if they can weld up a tube steel design. You can get spare tire racks that fit into the trailer hitch, though I have never looked for one personally.

The Tactical Armor Group guys make a fantastic product. It's worth the money.
If you are going to mount a spare tire on there, you really want to make sure that it's sturdy. That's quite a bit of weight bouncing around back there.
