Help? I need the dia. Rear wiper hole

Just to elaborate, my 02 4.6 XLT has had a rear wiper motor either loose or broken bracket.

I’m thinking if it’s broken I’ll essentially “delete” the wiper. The Exp is Black so I would like to put a cap over the hole.

Does anyone know the size of the hole, or perhaps info I’m not finding about deleting the rear wiper?

mine is off I will send a picture later, it looks like 2 1/2" on my '00. Exact on the tape is 2 9/16"
