I have a 2000 expedition and I picked up halo projector lights for 25.00...don't ask me how! Anyway I got them wired right but can not get them back in. There is no wiggle room at all. How did you guys do it or should I just take it to a garage?

You have to get the three adjustment screws lined up to go into the three holes. If you take one out you will see what im talking about.

what year expy?? on mine you just have to pull the clips hard... sometimes they dont release all the way for the lights to pull out... never had to take the corner lights out... just make sure clips are all the way up

I had a similar problem putting one piece ebay projectors in my friends f150, there was little metal clips helping hold the clear lens on the front and these were making it too wide for the hole....ripped them off and it slid in perfect, no leaks or anything either. It also helps to get the single pin (closest to the grille) in its hole first, as wells as adjusting all 3 pins as close to how your stock ones were
