For work I need to install at least a 2000W sine wave inverter into my truck. 2500W or 3000W would be better, but not certain how feasible that is given the size and heat dissipation. I need access to the power in the 2nd row seating area. Does anyone know what kind of space is available in the side wall area just in front of the sub-woofer? Would be an ideal mounting location if there is room.

Any insights into installing larger inverters would be appreciated.

Look at the electrical requirement for sourcing power to the inverter.
One amp at 12volts = 12 watts.
2000 / 12 = 166.66 amps.

Depending on the total amount of current draw, you should add a battery isolator and a larger secondary battery.

Use the link to calculate wire size for the total length of wire.
