Depends...

Can't really answer that question with the lack of info provided.
How well has it been taken care of?
How well are you taking care of it?
How is it being used - light duty or heavy duty.
What type of owner are you - stupid as rocks or have excellent mechanical knowledge and can fix anything.
Not meaning to insult you but there really isn't an exact answer. There are many of us on here with over 200 on the clock and still going.

As above, no one can really answer that. I only recently got my Expedition, but my last vehicle ('00 Mercury Mountaineer) has 235K on the clock and it's still going strong. If I or someone else sinks some money into the suspension, I suspect it'll hit 300K easily. I previously had a 1986 Chevy Caprice with over 350K on the clock and when I sold it, it was still running strong (despite an early life as a NYC taxi). Provided you take care of your vehicles and you don't get stuck with a lemon, 200K+ should come easy.

easy use, fire roads at best. It has been pretty well maintained. I can fix a lot, have a lot of mechanical knowledge. I usually over maintain my vehicles. I am an AMSOIL dealer, so I use it in all of my stuff.

I have heard about sparkplugs falling out on the 5.4. I have read about some crazy oil leaks.

Again, I am anything but mechanically retarded.

your year of the 5.4 uses normal style spark plugs- not the 3 piece design that is known to come apart and stick in the cylinder head. They can "pop out" if not tightened properly, but otherwise are trouble free.

The back spark plug wells are known to fill up with oil as the valve cover leaks.

Vacuum leaks as hoses dry out and crack.

That's really about all I've run into on mine in the 2 months I've owned it (2000 with 174k miles on it).

Great info Tom, in AZ everything drys out and fast.

What about radiator hoses, If they are not original, they were done by ford. I plan on doing a trip from AZ to FL in the fall.
