I have a 1999 EB Expedition with no heat in front or rear. Changed T-stat, both heater cores and still no improvment. Heater core hoses are lukewarm, rear heater core hose are stone cold. Upper rad. hose is hot, lower rad. hose is lukewarm. Coolant level is normal hot and cold. Engine does NOT overheat. No coolant dripping from water pump. No coolant leaks anywhere. Blowers work fine, blend doors and actuators good. Wondering if the t-stat could be the wrong temp? I installed a 195-degree one. Also, could this be related to a vacuum leak in the only vacuum actuator on the truck? I'm hearing a pssst sound coming from under the dash. I know the electrical actuators are good, I already tested them all. Any solutions, suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Maybe I've included too much info in this post. Just about at the end of my rope with this one. Any takers?

Is it possible your heater core is clogged? I had the same issue/symptoms with a sho so I removed both coolent hoses off the heater core and attach my air compressor to one side. You wouldnt believe the crap that shot out and after that, all worked well.

These are both brand new HC's. The problem is narrowed down a bit since I first posted. The top Rad hose takes forever to get even warm. I'm hoping someone reads this and has already found a solution for it. Some say it is trapped air from the removal and replacement of the HC's. T- stat has been switched out twice in 2 weeks.
