ok got it scanned, sorry no code though but they said bank 1 and bank 2 are running lean. but the truck is running fine no shuttereing or hesitation and the light is off now. top it all off i did 0 to 70 in like 9 seconds, which is better then it was before tune up. should i worry about this if the light stays off?

Even with resetting the code there are times where the ECU is still processing bad info from before the repair. The fact that the cel went back off might mean that the ECU is starting to process the new info and is returning to normal operation. Sometimes this process can take anywhere between 50-100 miles or multiple drive cycles. I'd just keep an eye on things.

yea after he scanned it the light went off, but also before the tune up the battery cable was removed, so im guessing maybe the truck is learning the fuel and air mixture again, specally since this is the first time removing the cable since i installed my exhaust cai and throttle body spacer. im keeping an eye on it, so far its running good, like its brand new

i noticed a little bit of a power gain on take off. also adds a cool sound when you step on the gas, my friend thinks I have a supercharger on it from the whistle it lets out lol, if your gonna do an intake might as well add a spacer, poweraid is the best

ok.....Im at a loss of words either my truck is possessed or its bipolar. yesterday morning the service engine soon light comes on. I looked at it said F*CK YOU! and kept driving. went to work, went out after work lights still on. going to take everyone home its still on, stop by walgreens shut it off come back out start it up light goes off and stayed off, trucks running fine and my mileage is up at 10.5 mpg. Any ideas as to why the light went off on its own. I had a po174 code about a week ago, could it be the computer was still glitchy from the tune up?
