In need of some help

hello every one my 2003 xlt got home and now no dome lights radio or key ding 115000 mi all fuse seem ok with test light have power to starter but no crank nothing I'm lost I drive over the road so time is hard to find any help is greatly appreciated

You state having power to the wire at the starter - which wire? You should have 2.

the main wire from battery small one did not I jumped the wires starter spins

looks like its the non serviceable relays trying to find a replacement one on the net I have someone that can do it why did ford use this set up anyways

How have you determined it is at fault and proven faulty?

all fuses are good all grounds have been cleaned and are good starter when jumped works dome lights still out dash still out battery saver relay controls dome and dash lights got the r303 relay going to install and see if it works if not its the computer hope not
