Info center diplay trouble

Please your help, the bright of the info center display on my Expedition is to low and I don´t know how can increase its intensity. If anyone have a tip or know how to solve this problem, we would greatly appreciate ...

is the dial by the head light switch turned up? its it down it will dim the display

It is not the switch, because it regulates all light panel, except the Info Center Disply ...

Pretty sure, it's the same issue as crown Vic's and other fords. There are cold solder joints in the cluster that have failed. You can fix it if you are good with a soldering iron. Problem is, I'm not sure if anyone has figured out yet which of the resistors need to be re soldered. I think the only other way to fix this issue is replacing the entire dash cluster.
