Is there a secret to removing the inner wheel well cover on a 1998 Expedition EB 4 wheel drive. I thought this was a no bainer, is there something holding from the back or top. I see some plastic fastners but they are not holding at that point. I can not beleive what it takes to get a lower hose off a stupid radiator

Are you changing out just the hose or are you replacing the radiator? Because I changed my radiator out and I took the spring clips off the other side of the bottom radiator hose(1 on engine and 1 on fluid reservoir) and took the bottom radiator hose out with the radiator to get at it better on the bench. Also I put the bottom hose on new radiator before I installed radiator in truck.

I don't get around good any more so the less I have to be on my back on the floor the better. This is an add on too my thread about replacing the radiator so I don' have anyone to help. I watched utube video the guy said I could get to the hose easier. Thanks
