I found the steal of the century on ebay last week. I got a brand new Stainless Steel bullbar for only $99 with free shipping. They're selling factory blemished bull bars dirt cheap rather than scrapping them. THis is probably a $400 bull bar because it's mirror polished stainless steel, not painted. They guarantee it will fit and if you dont like it they'll refund the money. You can see the dent in the top left corner of mine. I don't care, the truck has a few dents on it also.

By the way, my upper grill I made yesterday for only $7.65 using a screen at Home Depot. I need to make another one, this one has the pattern a little bit crooked and its not noticeable until I saw it on camera.

Looks sweet! I have the full Westin grill bars on mine, I am definitely loving your bull bar better. And man that blue is sexy!

The color on my truck was starting to bother me because no matter how much I polish it, it just always looked kind of boring. It needed some chrome to brighten it up. So that Bull Bar was perfect, it really made a difference in the front end. It looks heavy but only weighs about 25 lbs.

I took the original grill apart, seperated the chrome outer ring from the painted middle section, and unbolted the Ford emblem. I painted the center area flat black so it wouldn't show up. I put the screen on top of the old grill and bolted the Ford emblem over the screen to hold in place. Then I cut the new grill to fit, ran a border of chrome door edge molding around it, and attached it to the old grill. Then I reinstalled the outer chrome ring and snapped it back on the truck.

Sorry just realized you had this question. I went to Home Depot and bought wire mesh that's used for putting stucco onto the sides of homes. It was $7 for a 4ft by 8 ft piece.

Link to the seller?

That was from 2011 so I'm guessing they're gone lol. You can still find the mirror polished SS ones for 99 bucks though. They're mostly from china but shipped from California. The reviews I've read on eBay have been mostly positive.

through my research online there is a seller, i dont recall the name, but they sell products from "Hunters" that are supposed to be phoenominal values (cheap and awesome quality). you will know its the right one when you see in the thumbnail pic it will have a little company logo saying Hunters. here is the Hunters actual website to get an idea of the quality
