the expeditions don't have horrible manifolds and the throttle bodies are 5mm bigger along with all the other modifications needed you'd be better off just sticking to stock, unless of course you'd be doing this for something like a 4v engine then it might have a better purpose.

Well the mustang intakes are more suited to higher horsepower at higher RPM's, that isn't really what's good in our heavy trucks. You want torque to get moving. That and the primary reason those intakes exist is for the stang guys swapping 5.4 2V's in place of their 2V 4.6 with a severe lack of room for a nice long runner intake under the hood. There is currently a 5.4 intake mani on the market by HPS, but at $600+ it's not for me. If you're thinking about supercharging just throw a lightning setup on the top and have fun.

If you have a 3V then you're in a different boat.
