Ok which sync is the unit? Having a slight issues locating it’s update

It doesn't look like the Sync models that I'm familiar with, what year is your truck?

Yeah I’ve seen that page. Doesn’t help me at all. Yet it says sync powered by Microsoft on my console
You can try going to the https://www.etis.ford.com/ page and entering your VIN to see what's in it. You may have to setup an account to get the as built data but that should tell you what was installed at the factory. Either that or take it to the dealer and have the service manager or a tech identify it for you.
