Irritating Message

Every time I turn my car on, a message appears on the screen asking if I want to turn on "automatic system updates....". I keep saying "No" but it won't stop. How do I make it go away permanently?

Annoys the hell out of me too! I have said “yes” and it is hooked up to my WiFi at the house and all the stuff it needs. But it still comes up. Reeeeally annoying.

go into the main settings menu. I forget exactly where, but I explored around for a bout 10 min when I got mine and then was able to get it squared away

Now you're just teasing everyone here, can you please retrace your steps and give these fine folks a more definitive answer on how exactly you managed to shut it off permanently

I will do my best, you almost made me fall out of my chair this am. I will mess around with it today if possible it is daughters birthday so not sure I will have time after work. But I will get it retraced for you all.

I tried again last night to no avail. Think I'll call SYNC.

Called SYNC. Did what they told me to do. Twice. Still comes up. Goes away when you push the music button, but still irritating.

Did a Master Reset. Seems to be okay now.
