Jammed Cartridge

I just bought a new 98 Expy it has a 6 disc changer but I can't get it to eject I am wondering if it's jammed or if it doesn't work at all. What is the best way to un-jam it or to get it work.

I had the same problem. I had to use a couple of small flat heads to push wiggle and pry a bit. It came out and works fine now. Good luck

Yes,my son tried to get it out with a putty knife.
