KEYPAD OPENS WITH ANY NUMBER

2017 Ford Expedition keypad unlocks with any number. 7-8 9-0 do not lock either. Keypad does not light up! And programing the code or a new code doesn't work.
Anyone can press a number and get in my truck.

Mine's a 2016 and pages 60-61 of the manual show you how to get the factory code and reset the one you have. Maybe that will work??

I tried to setup a new PIn but it didn't work. The keypad is faulty

I found the factory code and but the PIN is not working. My keypad doesn't light up at all. Only the mirrors light up

Maybe try Forscan. I saw an option the other day for keypad. I don't remember which module I saw it in. Don't know if that will work but worth a try. Good luck.

That is the way it works, if you have the key fob present.
