Hi,
sorry for my bad English, but I am a German that lives in Dominican Republic…
Since a few days I have a 2004 Eddie Bauer 2x4.
Somehow I think, the car has a little problem.
Whenever I turn on the ignition, I got a knocking from behind.
I have already located, where it comes from…
In the trunk there are the side covers / if you come from behind, it is the right (co-drivers) side.
Under this cover there is a bigger unit, which has cables and hoses – this is where the knocking comes from…
Could anyone tell me, what this unit is for, and why the knocking could come out of this part?
