You don't notice them unless you look and the airflow isn't disrupted much. Opinions appreciated.

Dexter, should have done what I did. I pulled back on the headliner a little bit and carved out the foam and backing to the headliner. I left the fabric in place. This created a nice little hole to mount the tweeter in. I held the tweeter in place using some duct tape. You don't see the tweeter, but when I turn up the music, you should watch the heads snap to the ceiling followed with the question "Is there a speaker up there?". I just smile and give a little chuckle.

Hey, Whatever works. I put mine in that little triangle piece that covers up the top bolt to pull off the door trim. I copied what they did on my sable I used to have. I need to get a torch out and bend the plastic to fit them a little better yet, ill do that once my new amp comes in

You never see them, so it's hard for them to look trashy. The only reason you can see them in the picture is because of the flash. My tint makes it dark enough that you can't see them unless you're shining a light in there. Only a temporary solution really, can't decide if I want to flush-mount them in the doors...I appreciate the constructive criticism

Dexter, That was very resourceful thinking of placing that in the vent...at least you don't need to get out a cutting torch or cut up, or out your vehicle...If the sound quality is there for your liking and the A/C and heat blows fine, then I say you got a winner...I always look for ways not to butcher something because I know someday I will want to sell this thing and not everyone will like what I have done....your ingenuity is shining....Keep the good ideas coming! Kudos..

They sound fine and the air blows pretty much normal as well. I just used some 3M double sided automotive tape to hold them in place.
