Lift delete --- easy spacer removal or generally requires replacing suspension components?

Depends on the lift. Some use spacers on top of the strut assembly and some require the strut assembly to be taken apart

I pulled spacers out of the front on mine. No big deal really. You should have an alignment done, but it didn't seem to change the geometry a huge amount
