lift kit 2004 expy

hi im new here and ive been looking at getting a lift kit, i was thinking 3.5 inches in the front and 2.5 rear. Does anyone have experience with this? Will this give enough clearance 35's? and also how will this affect gas mileage and power? If anyone has pics of theres id love to see!

Bighook is a link to my write up on installing my 3.5/2.5. Im only running 33's but i know others on here are running 35's. I did lose some mpg but i think that is from running AT's vs the street tires.

I have the ebay set - 3.5 front, 2.5 rear. Just love it. My tires are about 34" tall.

Taller tires aren't the biggest concernt with respect to fuel economy - although over-all gearing is changed. The WEIGHT of the taller tires and perhaps bigger wheels, however, would affect mpg, steering, braking, and straight line (perhaps lateral) accelleration, too.

I just put the Ebay 3.5 front 2.5 rear on my 2006 and it's awesome! And some 33" Dick Cepik mud country's make it look like a tank.
The kit was "Nylon B 3.5 front, 2.5 rear" you WILL need a 4 wheel alignment after install. 35's would fit also just fine. Lost about 2 mpg with the tires and lift. We'll worth it though. It's not the best photo but I haven't had a chance to clean it and get a good daytime shot.

I did the EBAY 3.5/2.5 lift on mine. not running bigger tires yet as im searching ways to fit 36-37" on her. but as far as the lift. ive beat the heck out of mine and no problems yet im also considering doing the rancho quick lift struts along with the 3.5/2.5 but havnt found anyone that did it yet.
