Lock Problem and Window

I am looking for some help. I am trying to figure out why not only my doors dont unlock and lock all the way but the liftgate doesnt either. i have a 2000 eddie bauer. it souds like they dont have enough power to unlock. i have tried wd 40 and nothing happens. could there be something robbing power. the more you try to unlock the slower they work and sometimes stop all together both with it running and also with it off but they seem to work ok when it is cold outside. Also it has a problem with the lights dimming really bad when you roll the windows up and down. it has a brand new bttery and alternator.

Door lock actuators are toast. They get weak and stop working for a while, then start working again. If cycled several times they will stop again. Replaced many ford door lock actuators for this issue.
