Lost the front left turn signal

Hello, i drive a 2007, 5,4l V8, XLT-4X4 Ford Expedition in Germany. We changed th turn signals in Germany like th Europe standards. The back white ligts are now the turn lights. We disconnected the brake lights from the back turn lights so the brake lights are only using for the stop and brake lights. I cahnged the white flashes with yellow flashes. It works very well for 2 years. But yesterday happens. The left turn signal not works. I measured the power but measured nothing. Fuses are o.k. relay are working also good. The back turn left signal for the trailer are working and i connected it with this wire. But if i pushed the brake, now it's burn also the left turn signal. On the back left turn side their are power awailable bujt on the front side their are no power awailable. What can be the reason? Who can help me? Excuse me for my english.

yes, only the turn signal on back works. What can be the reason? I checked all of the fuses. All of them are o.k.

crazy question but have you tried replacing the bulb?

I checked also the bulbs. All of them are o.k. in front and in back are o.k.

I changed the turn light relais from the right side to the left side but nothing changed. The problem comes after using a trailer. Can this be the reason?

Hello together. I found the mistake. It was the fuse panel. One of the fuse platines for the turn signals was cracked. The reason was a ground problem on the trailer.
