No, but the process is pretty straight forward. If you’ve done front shocks, you’ve almost done IWEs.

Alright. Got them in. Easy work 2 hr job. I think getting the old vacuum lines switched out with the new ones was more difficult lol. Mechanic wanted 800 dollars. Gtfoh..... noise is gone for now. Knock on wood... thanks again.

Just as I thought, it's a lazy mans fix, it causes more part wear and worse gas mileage. When I had my Excursion they were leaving the hubs manually locked all winter which wore the expensive seals out, cause worse MPGs etc...………...not for me. Locking the cam phaser is a bad idea also but that's another program.
