2000 5.4 miss fire after replacing cylinder head. replaced coil packs but keeps coming up with 1 and 2 cylinders coil pack.

Also check to make sure you didn't cross the connectors and put them on the wrong coil or injector
The color code is as follows

Last time I had this issue, I replaced all 8 and boots and wires. Solved my problem.
