If you are happy with the service life of your part and the price works for you
then stay with oem parts. Just remember that Ford or any other manufacturer orders their parts form vendors that build from spec. The same part makes it's way to the market minus the the ford mark ups. My opinion
find the reliable part and price point that makes sense to you.

However, the Motorcrafts are available from www.rockauto.com for $2.38 ea. plus shipping. For a 100K mile OEM plug, that ain't bad! I saw a Ford dealer
online selling Motorcraft plugs "wholesale". They were $7.04. Some people don't know the meaning of wholesale!

Edit: I should have said that these plugs are for an '03 with a 5.4L. Someone told me that they list for over $11.
