Here is the pictures of the front of the mud flaps so you can see the front mounting screws. First picture is the front and the 2nd is the rear.

Runnie_hud, or who ever can tell us what size (12" or 14" wide) and what style flaps are those you chose from Duraflap? They look great!
They are 12” and they only have one style for the electric running boards. Duraflap was a pleasure to deal with.

All great pictures.

I have the given fixed running boards and wondering if the Ford oem versions will fit in with drilling holes. Didn't come with instructions for some reason.

Actually since I posted this question, WeatherTech makes a full set.

I called and they assured me they will work.

I received them but have not installed them yet...maybe this weekend.

I just installed the WeatherTech flaps on my 2017 Expy EL Limited and they fit perfectly...form fit to the fender molding and do not interfere with the power running boards. Took me all of 15 minutes to do all 4 with a 1/4" drive socket set.

Seeing this page I went and ordered the full set of 4 Weathertech mudflaps for my 2008 EL and they arrived. Fitting them was very easy and they fit very well. The rear mud flaps where great they mount using 2 existing screws and have a clip that attaches to the rear wheel arch liner, so nice and solid. The front mud flaps just attach with 2 existing screws (so again no holes required) but I felt the mudflap was not mounted solidly enough for my liking, so I actually drilled a single hole in each front mud flap through to the front wheel arch liner and fitted a reusable plastic clip to make the mounting much more rigid.. So they are hole-less mounting but the front seem poorly mounted to me, so I recommend drilling a hole on the front and adding a third attachment point just to be sure. They fit very well and make a nice addition to the expedition.

Installed the WeatherTech's over the weekend myself. Rear went on fine, front seams like screw too short, wont grab. Mud flap pulls right off with little effort and about an 1.5" gap between back of mud flap and wheel well cover.

@Gary Waugh I feel the same about the front and probably will add the extra support on the front.

Installed the weather tech fronts today. Perfect fit. As far as the inside of the flap not being connected to anything, I drilled a small hole through the end of the mudguard and into the wheel well plastic and used a simple zip tie. All solid and won’t budge. Love these with the electric running boards and perfect fit!! See pics. 2016 Expedition EL Limited.

Nice work, hardtland! Our truck needs a wash and it was so cold recently that I did not get to install yet. Thanks for sharing the install tip!
