Need another ignition key

I have a 99 Eddie Bauer, Are these keys electronic? do they have a chip? Looking on ebay it says they are and if you only have one key you have to take it somewhere to get another one made for it.

Yes they are chipped.... you can buy them online alot cheaper than through the stealership, Then take it to a locksmith to reprogram for your expy.

yeah you need 2 keys to program more... otherwise gotta go to locksmith or stealership
