Hi all, looking for some help from someone who may have had a similar issue. Every time it rains I am getting water accumulation on the front passenger floorboard both on and under the floor mat. I put down some plastic and can tell its coming from dash/ floorboard area, NOT the door or the A/C. Anybody had a similar issue? I've checked several times myself and dealer has had the vehicle 4 times already and can not find an issue. I park on a slight elevation with the front end higher than the rear. Any thoughts or similar experiences/ fixes would be greatly appreciated.

I believe somebody else had a similar issue and it turned out that Ford left some plugs out. I think the discussion was about a year ago.

I'm dealing with the same thing right now. So I'll be following to see what your outcome is. I have smart liners in and when I took mine out to clean the other day I noticed it was wet. I cleaned my carpets and let dry. When I checked again today it had the same condensation on the bottom side of my mat. I'm gonna take it to dealership and show them.

I have been battling this same issue with a 2019 expedition. Passenger floorboards wet when it rains. First trip to the shop they said it was a faulty AC condenser line and they replaced it. I’m still having the issue so I took it back to the original dealership I bought it from. They said they couldn’t duplicate the leak but believed the AC condenser line to be installed incorrectly and “fixed it”. I feel like this is another shot it the dark because they have no idea where it’s coming from and I’ll continue to have the issue. Following in hopes I can bring ideas to them. My floor gets moldy under my weather tech mats and I constantly have window fog due to the internal moisture.

I would double check the plugs. Seems a little more rampant than it should be. I believe I even saw similar issues on an F150 forum. I think you have to pull the fender liner out to see in there adequately.

I had issues with water on the passenger floorboard and it was not from rain but a bad "T" connection in the windshield washer line on the firewall.
