Hey guys, hopefully someone can help out. I have a 2007 Expedition with factory NAV, Sirius, and FES.
i am getting error message "connect error - see dealer" when I try to select SR button. The DTC is: U0193 Lost Communication With. Digital Audio Control. Module (SDARS)
I recently had the same issue while trying to access the DVD button, so I think my issue is with the MUX module (multiplexer). Maybe it is stuck on DVD only?
Does anyone know where the factory installation location is for the MUX module?
The SDARS module is mounted underneath the center console, so I would imagine that it is somewhere near there, but I can't find it for the life of me.
Any ideas on how to further troubleshoot?
