need honest opinion

so my 04 nissan armada is getting traded this week i have my eye on a 08 expedition el eddie bauer with 46k miles. what are some things i should look for or be concerned about in the future if i get this truck.? fully loaded with all options including nav.

my cousin has a 97 eddie b with 200k on it his major complaint is changing the plugs closest to the firewall and some electrical issues.

While the plugs can go longer Id change the spark plugs sooner then recommended to try and prevent broke plugs. Other then that maintenance and care and youll be happy for a long time.
