Not a fan of the wheels being stuck out so far and flares would help.
So glad to not live in a state like Pennsylvania,. Apparently the legislature is lacking the ability to do meaningful things and the police haven't the ability to deal with actual crime. It seems New York has taken over your state.

its not due to his setup...mine looks the same way and i have 26s with + offset...its the design of the truck
My 2013 looked like that with stock wheels. The rears set in farther. I’m not sure that it’s actually a narrower wheelbase in the rear (even though it looks like it) but rather the rear fenders hang out over the wheels farther.

I didn’t feel like spending money on new wheels with a different offset, but I wanted my wheels to fill out the wheel wells fully. So what I did was get 20mm bolt on spacers for the front, and 30mm bolt on spacers for the rear and kept my stock wheels. It looks great without sticking out to far. No rubbing or issues even with a load. I do have air suspension so it keeps things leveled even with a load. I’ll see if I can figure out how to include a picture here. Never done that before.

wheel base isnt narrow...its the design of the truck in the front as it goes in to be "aerodynamic"

Just to update- the first two pics I posted had the stock rims on the rear. This pic shows how far the rears stick out. I pulled a 6,000 lb trailer with it the other day with no equalizer hitch and even though the back end was squatted, it never rubbed. I love the way it looks, but it definitely throws mud on the door handles when you take it off road. Can’t have your cake and eat it too

Looks good, reminds me of my old regal that I had 9" wide FR500s on for summer. Gave it a mean stance and hooked so hard it would snap your neck.

I had to throw the old 80s mud flaps on to keep rubber off the track and road debris flying down the side of the car. Worked out well. They were a 24 offset as well.
