Im also fighting a few accounts that were opened without my knowledge!

So i added 500 out of the 1000-1500 that he said it would take to get me approved.

Yep... have to act as if you really care less if you get it or not. If they sense you really have to have it they will milk you for everything they can get...

burch....Just be careful and check the interest rate...some of those finance companys charge up 30% based on credit score....you will be paying for that truck till your 100 years old...

heres another thought...if you dont get it than order all 3 copies of your credit reports and dig into those bogus accounts...get your credit cleaned up and then apply for a couple of credit cards...dont do to many because those knock the hell out of your credit score for 6 months...you credit reports are free from all 3 once a year...you can apply on line at one site to get all 3..

Already did that! Thats why im fighting some accounts!

And i will not get sucked into the credit cards! Thats just stupid IMO! Having a credit card is like going out and getting a payday loan to me! I know it COULD help me out but i only get things i can afford!

Thats where the banks went wrong! They were lending people money on credit to live beyond their means when they couldn't afford it and they got ridiculously rich off of peoples stupidity! And when it finally came back and bit them in the ass they wanted the tax payer to bail them out! And we did! and know you have to have a ridiculous credit score to get thing you need!

I'm not trying to live beyond my means! I'm just trying to get a USED 10YR OLD vehicle that will cost me about 6000 bucks so I can get to work and I cant even get that!

i know how you feel burch im in a spot where i cant afford the 200 bucks for my alternator and battery for min leaving me shot my ride and my true project car my 98 accord is no where near streetable. that leaves me for the time being sharing my wifes 08 aveo biggest pos ever put into production imo but atleast it gets 35 mpg lol only good thing about it. i guess ill find me a crappy part time job to fund my fun while my business is slow.
im still pulling for you to get it though keep cool and itll will work out.

its not in the truck... brand new, $800. Holy Sh*t thats a great deal. Mine has probably never been rebuilt and now right after I pass up this amazing offer my tranny is going to go to hell just before or just after I put the lift on her KNOCK ON WOOD it doesnt.

It wouldnt work for you since its for a 4.6L.

Might have the trans sold to a guy from St. Louis! I hope and pray it works out!

The salesman didnt call me back today so i dont think i am going to put any money in his pocket or the dealership!
