Welcome! Sounds like a nice build so far. The sunroofs can be problematic. Both of my front drains were stuck shut in the factory seam sealer. Those were fun to clear.

Welcome Matt, I'm probably about 2 degrees south in Nacogdoches, and jealous of your non-leaking sunroof (I've got to clean the corner drains that is easier said than done). After have two expeditions over the past 25 years, raising 3 kids, trips all over the country, you will enjoy the expedition as a trip/vacation/apocalypse vehicle. I've had both 2 and 4-wheel drive models and they were both smooth as glass flying down the highway. (a good set of Michelins adds to the comfort factor)

Good luck with your project, and I've yet to find an issue the smart folks here can't help with. Stay in touch.
