Hi Everyone,
I recently picked up a new (to me) 2019 Expedition in Silver Spruce with the Stealth and Rear Entertainment package. We're coming out of an Infiniti QX56 and this is my first domestic in a long time. While we're not off to a great start, I knew this was a real possibility, as I do my homework before buying a vehicle and had run across this forum and several videos about cam phaser issues. Unfortunately I also have the wastegate rattle, but the dealership wants to tackle TSB 20-2315 first and then go after the rattle. They've basically said they hope the rattle goes away, but they're not holding their breath.
While the dealer waits for the parts, the truck goes in on Friday for C-pillar wrap in gloss black, and ceramic tint on the two front windows. I also picked up the folding cargo mats for the rear storage area.
I've read the threads and watched the videos, but just thought I'd say hello and ask for any tips on ensuring the work is done properly. Thanks!
