1998 xlt 4.6 , Moved my car from a parking spot to my parking spot to wash and clean for sale. unlocked with key fob started car and switched spots no big deal. Washed the car (20 min) and went to start it up and power door locks wont work (they try) no ignition, anti theft nothing. just a dead car. Battery checks out and the battery connections check out. getting a relay or something clicking at the in cab fuse block. I'm stumped

Thank you so much. This made the diagnosis pretty straight forward. Big drop between the positive battery post to the cable. Went to remove the terminal to investigate and it peeled off when I turned the wrench. You wouldn't have noticed on visual but it had hollowed it's self out and was only connected at the very top of the terminal by a thread. Thanks again 5 dollar fix!!!
