no heat on front end just rear

does anyone know what could be causing this, i turn on the heater in the front half and cool air comes out the vents, but when i put the heat on in the rear hot air comes out. its getting chilly up front. any ideas anyone.

i had just the opposite on my old one('98). front air mix motor bad,req'd dash removal!!! that suc'd!
parts were cheap though! good idea to go to ford dealer to diag(even if it costs you) they'll know for sure whats wrong and how much it costs to fix,so you dont throw money at it. good luck
