Notching tubing

Does anyone know of a easy way to notch tubing? I can grind it but the sizing needs to be uniformed over 15 pieces or so.

I made a jig for the drill press it doesnt hold enough when using a hole saw bit. Would a drill press vise do it?

Anyone got any tricks or tips?
