Im thinking about painting my wheels maybe a gun metal gray or flat black.
Just want some opinions on what others think...in doing it at all, colors, etc.....

Thanks

If you are thinking about doing flat black.. just plastidip them. Then you can see how it looks. If you like it , keep it. If you don't like it ...peel it off... That's what I did. I had chrome AR Baja's, and wondered how they would look black... loved it, now they are black. Just do a search on Plastidip. Lots of info on here. Or shoot me a message. I put that sh#t on everything. lol

Here's mine with the plastidipped wheels... I did the same thing to my Jeep next to it. Looks really good.

Cop style is pretty nice. Flat black with chrome center cap

That sounds cool....but instead of chrome I may just keep the center caps the stock silver.

You don't like the chrome rims with the wedge wood blue? I love the way it shines when i clean the car, they really stand out. I have pretty much the same paint scheme as yours but my rims are slightly different but still stock.

I plasti-dipped mine and am really happy I did it. So much so I have since did my door trim and mirror caps. I would say go for it, there are a lot more silver rims on cars than black, and I like my vehicle to stick out a bit. Also if you decide you do not like it, it literally just peels off. Still it is very strong, mine has seen mud and snow and still none of it has come off unless i wanted it to (I redid my fronts cause I messed them up the first time).
