Well its never as easy as we think it is...I purchased a overhead console from a member on the forum here and plans to do LED lighting and mount my Edge programmer up there...anyways...my truck did not have one these..So upon removing the dome light and slicing the headliner down to the front...the snap in clips on the console match up with nothing on the roof or supports..IMAGINE THAT...****** ENGINEERS :Rant::shooter:....:) O.K...So I am assuming once again because I have not removed one of these that there is a mount of some sort (plastic) that goes form the dome light down to the front???? anyone do one of these or take one down or have a plastic mount????? :help:

LMAO...Well when i took the dome light down today..I always remember they had them secured to the cross member in the roof with some screws and one of those screws was a ground...but no..they couldnt do that...has a piece of plastic up there that went towards the rear seat...so i can just imagine they have one that goes into some factory holes and snaps in...either way its going up there...even if i have to nut and bolt it through the roof...just kidding...Im pretty creative...thanks for yankin my chain...at least i know someones readin my shit!!!! LMOA
