Need to get my vehicle registered ASAP (I’ve already done an extension). Took it to a shop and seemed like they just cleared the codes and didn’t get the check engine to trigger again? I picked up my car from the shop and within 1-2 miles, check engine came back on. Anyone deal with this code? Recommend fix? Is it a DIY job or better to take to a shop? I’m moderately handy. Notes from the shop are attached.

I had a sticky actuator on my 06. I replaced both actuators and has been fine since,10k miles. The trick was using Dorman seals, both of the seals that came with the actuators leaked.
