Passenger side seat belt locks!

So my passenger side seat belt locks, out of nowhere it just locks and requires being unbuckled and fully retracted before unlocking, is this a known issue?

also my passenger side rear passenger door doesn't automatically unlock when i exit the vehicle, i have to hit the unlock button, only that one door refuses to open, is this a know issue, or should i bring my vehicle in?

Man do you have my truck??!!! LOL! I have the same prob. My Exp is doing the same thing with the same places. I did figure out that I will need to change the door lock actuater. But havent figured out the seat belt.

rayt, when you pull the seat belt out to buckle it are you pulling it way out? I know that if you pull it all the way out it will engage the lock mechanism in the seatbelt and only retract requiring unbuckling to adjust. (my mother-in-law has a habit of doing this)
I believe the drivers seatbelt is the only one that doesn't do this.

As for the door unlock problem check to make sure the child safety lock isn't on ( which prevents the door from opening from the inside )
