2000 EB expy 116k. Just bought it less than 1k ago. I really don't know of any major issues, but the previous owner did take really good care of it.

2006 Expy EB 4x4 Bought at 109K... Now 116K

I got a hold of the Oasis report...

Besides the standard COP issues, at 97K... Clutch disk/Pack let go...

Debris in the tranny pan... and the vehicle would not shift correctly.

Previous Owner had it on an extended warranty to 100K...

Free Rebuilt Transmission with New cooler. Ford Techs I talked to though it was a fluke...

Loving my 19k old transmission!

1998 EB 5.4 4R100

Over 200k now. Had 196 on the stock engine. Had the alt replaced and thats it up to 198K, cant complain with that.

I tuned it myself when i bought it. It was getting 13/16 stock. With tune i got 14/17.

Now its turbo with built motor/trans. Gets 16 town, 20-22 hwy. Has plenty of power:) Has full exhaust, SCT tune, efans, etc. etc.

'01 expy

just bought 3 months ago 2001 expy xlt 124k 5.4, also had a 97 expy and a 99 expy. not sure what to tinker with yet. blacked out my '99 but it was black to start with so it was't too tough. looked very cool. my '01 is arizona beige (i didn't pick it for the color). thought about blacking out hood, lift gate, and maybe powder coating the wheels.

303167 miles and truckin along nicely. Only regret is not owning one sooner in life when gas was cheaper. They love petro but it's worthwhile.

Just shy of 125k.
Nothing major - Bought in '07 with 60k on it.

Rear passenger window "blew" while driving one day and slowly slid into the door. Never use it, so now it's being held up from the inside with a 2x4. lol.

Driver's window motor/regulator replaced a few years ago. Starting to get slow again and now it's squeaking.

2003 EB 4X4 with 160K Miles

Other then one blown out plug during warranty and another out of warranty, there has only been one major thing which was the heater core blew out last year and they have to tear out the whole dash to replace it. 12 hours labor to replace a $200 part!

I have now replaced all the COPs and have decided to change them ever every 50K miles along with the plugs. It is a pain to be 150 miles from home and have to be towed or limp home due to a misfiring cylinder. The Expy is always outside and in the Mountains every weekend. Since I have to drive through a creek to get to the cabin, I think I will never ever get 100K out of plug/COP anyway.

Both blown out plugs happened on the way home from the cabin. All but one of the bad COPs happened on the way home from the cabin. When the number 1 cylinder COP started misfiring, we were coming home from our condo on Hilton Head Island, must be the exception to whatever Rule I'm dealing with! And now that I am typing this, every single one has happened on the way home from somewhere, never while leaving or driving around near the house where tools and spare parts are!
