Another poor heat thread. 2002 Expedition EB with electronic heat/air controls and rear hear/air.

Front and rear heat are blowing luke warm air. Water pump, 195 thermostat w/ jiggle pin and belt replaced. I back flushed the heater core my self using prestone flush kit and garden hose. Did that 2-3 times and some junk came out but didn't look like anything major.

I think the blend door is working because it does not make since that the rear heat is not working good either. Checked fuses 8 and 13 with meter and are good. Heater hoses are warm (see pics). I don't know where else to go with this. I don't want to disassemble the dash if the blend door is working.

See pics below, I used IR temp tool and thermometer to read the temp of the air coming out of the floor vent in the font.

Temps are one part of the equation, you also need to see what the flow rate is of the coolant in and out of the core. If the core is mostly plugged then it will cool off quickly.

there are a total of 8 fuses in the EATC circuits

In the Battery Junction Box Fuse #13, 23, 105 and 114
In the Central Junction Box Fuse # 2, 7, 23, and 24
