When I push the window switch for the drivers window I can hear the relay switch make a click but window doesn't move. If I push the switch for any other window (on the drivers door or any other door) no click at the relay and no window movement. I've swapped the relay with other relays in the fuse block but nothing changed.
When I press the PDL I hear a buzzing sound coming from the passenger floor area behind the glove box but the locks do not go up or down.
I started the truck and when I put it in gear I can hear the PW relay clicking repeatedly. Put the truck in Park & the clicking stops.

Note: The truck has been sitting for about a month but all windows & door locks have worked flawless until today.

I haven't had this problem yet but I do know when I had the passenger side kick panel off to pull the dash board when I replaced the heater core that there were a lot of electrical connections down there and that a lot of guys have had problems with the front window seal leaking down the back of the dashboard and onto those connections.

Hey mrjimbov,

What's the year and mileage of your Expedition? I'll look into possible options on my end.

I had hooked it to a trickle charger over night and it fired right up when I hit the key so the battery had a full charge.

Well so far I haven't received much help on this forum but I'm still working on the problem so I'm going to keep posting.
I have ruled out the window motor being the problem by running direct 12 volts to the motor.
I have also replaced the GEM module but still no luck.

I can see why much help hasn't been offered. Your last post was almost a month ago. And you need to provide more information. You were asked what the battery voltage was but I don't see any reply from you.

Can you read and understand wiring diagrams??? What is your electrical troubleshooting skills? Do you have any test equipment such as, Test Light? DVM?

Problem solved, turns out the main ground wire for the PW & PDL switches was the problem.
Thanks you to my uncle who replied to my FB post & reminded me of something he told me years ago. 90% of trailer light problems (and electrical problems in general) are due to a bad or broken ground wire.

I ran a ground wire from the chassis to the main ground in the door and it fixed the problem
