I have a 03 4x4 eb expy and I was curious what's the cheapest way to unlock some of its hp cuz I'm sure is capable of more than 260hp just seems extremely under rated

Exhaust won't give much noticeable power. Electric fans will give a few. Tuner is best bet but not a lot of power to be had cheap out of these. Plenty of power to be had with deep pockets. Just remember it's only 330 cubes pushing a lot of weight.
