Ordered a new wincher bumper from Tactical Armor Group today. It's the result of my boredom and my indecision on what to do about my gears and diffs.

Should be here in 3 or 4 weeks, I'll post pix then.

Can't wait to see this thing on your truck. Did you get the Wincher? and any other accessories?

Wincher bumper with the winch mount, grill guard, light guards, 5" lights and shackle mounts in gloss black. $1030 shipped.

The great thing is, that they fabricate it to include the 3" body lift, so it mounts directly to the frame and you don't have to use the cheap bumper mounts that came with the body lift.

Guess I have 3 weeks to go winch shopping.

After this, I think I'm going to put on the electric fan kit and the posi lok cable for the front axle disconnect and that's going to be it for this season. Gears are just going to have to wait until I figure out what I want to do.

cannot wait to see how it looks. i was going to order the exact same thing, just waiting till later in the year. now i can compare with yours! and the fact that they make it to automatically fit the 3" body lift is great, cuz i plan on doing that very soon, as soon as i can find some 37's for cheap!

The bumper is painted, not powdercoated, which is kind of a bummer. I was going to pay an extra $60 to have them hit it with bedliner, but they don't use Rhino, it's just the same Duplicolor bedliner that you can buy at the parts store in spray cans. I've had really good luck with that stuff on other outdoor projects, so I'll just do that myself for half the price.

Panda, I was going to get the rear bumper too, but I still can't decide if I'll be happy having to swing that spare tire away every time I need to get in to the back.

No kidding... They said it would be here before memorial day, but they still haven't even charged my credit card. I'm glad that they build it from scratch, instead of just modifying one that they have on the shelf, but the waiting is killing me.

Every one is custom made to your specs. There are tons of configurations available for each individual truck. They are making mine specific to the 3" body lift, with the winch mount, 5" lights, shackle mounts and the grill and light guards.

Well, business at TAG must be pretty good. I placed my order a month ago and they won't actually start work on it for a few days. It did give me a chance to change my order, decided on D-rings instead of shackle mounts.

So in the meantime, imagine this exact bumper on a big white Expedition... (We call the process 'mental photoshop')

Oh but no roller fairlead, since I'm using synthetic winch rope.
