So I am a new Expedition owner. I have been researching all over the internet on the question, will the 2019 F150 3.5L ecoboost cold air intake fit on a 2019 Ford Expedition? Sorry if this is a silly questions, but there is an intake I want, but it is for the F150.

Cold air intakes, suck hot air from the engine. That can cause a power loss. That is why the stock box, gets air from through the fender. Most of the Fords have an power robbing 'air silencer' in the box. Some can be removed.

They should be nearly identical. I know you can bolt on the whipple intake on both the F150 and expy. Only issue with the whipple kit is it’s $2,100 for an intake and tune

A quick call to the manufacturer of the intake you want should confirm fit for you.
