Radio ?

I have the 6 cd radio in my 2004 E.B exp.
The station ID and songs name do not show correctly. They are broken up and have letters missing.
It does this on all stations.
I have other car in same area that work fine.

Any ideas?

The same thing was happening on my friends Lexus for the decoding. The dealer fixed it by simply disconnecting the ground terminal on the battery for a couple of minutes then reconnecting it.

I know Ford subs out the radios.
Maybe made by same co.
