I got them from tractor supply 5 pack. Then made the holder for them out of metal corner moulding. Mounted the holder with three rivets between the first and second grill cutouts. Tapped into markers

I actually just finished doing this to my 15 Focus and it turned out so well I was figuring how I could do it to the expedition. For my install, I used a fuse tap to the underhood fuse box at the rear wiper 5amp fuse (all wire encased in split wire loom from harbor freight), that way they are on whenever the vehicle is running. Do you have a picture of how you mounted that bracket? I'm using 16mm black aluminum amber LED pilot lights and they are just the right size and brightness to be noticeable during the night and day.

Here's my focus raptor lights at night:

Yeah slid the mount underneath the plastic radiator cover in the engine bay. Lights spaced 9-1/4” apart to match the raptor spacing

Nice looking Expedition actually I did the same but it was expensive I used Starkey Products 2015-2017 Raptor Style LED but what you did is way cheaper and same light output but how did you fabricate the mounting?.

Really liked the lights on 16Plati's Expy, so I figured I'd give it a go. I also wanted to hide the radiator as seen through the grill. So I put mesh screen behind the upper and lower grills to hide it. I also made my bracket for my "Raptor" lights out of the same mesh as to blend in to the grill while pushing the lights out. So here's the fun part. The mesh screen is gutter screen from HD. It is black gloss powder coat, and $3.21 a section. Took 4 sections. Lights are smoked lens LED's from Amazon, $10 for 10. And I used waterproof automotive connectors for the wiring, $10 for 10 male/female sets. So here is my $35 mod. And as a side note, you DO NOT need to remove the bumper as mentioned in other threads to remove the grill. Just reach in the release the tabs on the bottom of the grill and smack it with the heel of your fist. Comes right out. Took me 20 minutes. You do have to do this for each tab. And you will need a screwdriver to release the tabs. Here are links to the parts:

Thank you. Hopefully it might give someone else some ideas since there aren't that many aftermarket options.

The grill I included in my earlier post is quite a bit bigger, its wider and taller than 2015 expedition grill. I'm still awaiting hood mount grill assembly, but it will take more work then originally anticipated. I've selected this F150 gen model grill because there is material to cut away and it mounts to hood, other gens didn't have the angles that matched up with the 3rd gen expy (2015). I think the 2015 F150 raptor grill could work, but unsure if they are mounted to hood.

Did you ever get this grill to fit the 2015 expedition?

I've seen some older posts on options for the 3rd Gen. Expys and some mentioned attempts at fitting a Raptor grill. Ebay now has many of these at reasonable prices. Has anyone ever attempted this conversion on their Expy? Is it even a possible fit?

Any other good looking grill mods out there for these years?

Thanks

Finally had a chance to install this grill today. Fit is not perfect on the vertical gap along the headlights but very close, and I’m happy with it. Winch bumper causes it’s own issues but should be a pretty easy install with the OEM bumper cover.

Is this the one from 4proautoparts.com? I'm seeing iffy reviews about them since they are a China based company.
